Users
The term “users” is a collective name for stakeholders who create a digital twin of a real building.
Think of consulting & engineering firms, installation companies, general contractors, and facility management companies.
Manufacturers
Think of manufacturers of lighting, electrical switches, cable management, boilers, heat pumps, radiators, pumps, air ducts, and more.
Partners
Partners include any party that helps manufacturers and/or users offer (digital) services. Think of service providers such as BIM content developers, training centers, helpdesk, consulting, implementation, and software developers.
End users
End users are parties that take the physical building into use or lease it, such as owners, developers, delegated developers, clients, housing cooperatives, and social housing organizations.
